I’m theo, a 30+ uncle with great curiosity about everything. I was a violin tutor, freak-folk band member, software tutor, rugby player, and contemporary art enthusiast. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds and listening to their unique stories.
I am also a pragmatic UX designer-strategist focusing on jobs-to-be-done (functional job and emotional job).
I prefer conducting workshops with prototypes (design sprint) rather than presenting fancy UX deliverables as users’ reactions are much more convincing than any UX deliverables.
I prefer walking up to colleagues for quick talk rather than sending crazy emails and diagrams to everyone as different stakeholders have different concerns on the product, there will not be one diagram that can fit everyone needs.
